Since 1985 our licensed professionals have handled a multitude of real
estate transactions for all of Southern Nevada. We primarily specialize in
tenant placement and property management for single family and condominium
homes. Our properties are located throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Henderson
and Boulder City, including Summerlin, Green Valley, Nellis Air Force Base,
The Lakes, Spanish Trails, and surrounding communities. Our years of
experience in the local market gives us valuable insight into the particular
requirements of our owners and tenants including full time staff for
accounting, repair coordination, lease enforcement, new property leasing,
H.O.A. Liaison, marketing and valuation. Our website displays photos of our
properties as well as other important information for area MLS agents. We
also have the tenant "application to rent" accessible online for both
leasing agents and prospective tenants.
