We offer a number of choices for our property owners including full
management services to one time tenant placement or even one time rental
services including the following:

Hourly rates at a time and material basis range from $35 per hour
Estimates provided prior to work being ordered

Full Service Property Management: this option usually works best for out of
state owners or multi property owners
Fees are based on a percentage of the rents and range from 7% to 10% with
multiple properties priced more competitively.
• Full time services 7 days a week includes everything from rent collection,
lease renewals, interim inspection, evictions and monthly statements.
One Time Tenant Placement Package
We find your tenant, execute your lease, collect your monies and turn the
property over to you to manage.
• This option is a package price based on a flat fee and 1/2 of one months
rent.
