Sandy Iacono:  Sandy joined Centurion in March of 2006 after 8 years in the property management and real estate business in both Las Vegas and Phoenix.  Originally from Salinas, Ca. Sandy brings a very high level of dedication and knowledge to solving the problems associated with move ins, move outs, repair pricing, and work order completion.  She knows first hand how to handle more than one vendor to get the job done right.  And when it is not done right….she is the most experienced manager to get the necessary results ASAP. 

Anna Arakelyan: Anna has been a Las Vegas resident since 2003 when she began her career in the real estate industry. She coordinates all HOA activity for all owners and tenants as well as monitoring and completing all lease renewal documentation. Her familiarity with management agreements, leases and HOA violations makes her an extremely valuable part of the company. Anna is currently studying for her real estate license and property management permit.

 

Property Management and Leasing

Valerie Pu`u:  A native of Hawaii, Valerie came to Las Vegas in 1996 to re-start her career in real estate and property management.  With over 16 years experience in real estate and 9 years experience in property management Valerie manages all the responsibilities of the office and staff.  She is the chief problem solver in the company and has created long term client loyalty with her caring and professional approach to the business of property management whether that is a new lease or an eviction.  She holds Nevada real estate license as a Broker-Salesman as well as a property management permit. 

Erin Woods:  A graduate of the University of San Francisco and a former elementary teacher, Erin began her career in property management in 2006.  Upon her joining our company as Assistant Property Manager in 2009, Erin became our new owners’ first contact.  Working to provide all the information for our owners to make good business decisions about their investments is her forte.  In addition Erin leads the company in placing new tenants into our vacant properties as well as developing and maintaining an effective advertising and pricing presence in the marketplace.  Erin holds a Nevada real estate license and a property manager permit.

Bob Doherty:  Bob has a bachelor’s degree in economics and holds a Nevada Broker Salesman license and property manager permit.  He is responsible for the ongoing Interim Inspections and also places tenants into our vacant properties.  Originally involved in loan origination, Bob transitioned to the real estate industry in 1985.  His expertise extends to Section 8 Housing opportunities, lease execution, evictions and lock outs. 

Breese Glennon:  Breese opened this company in 1985 and has been responsible for growing the organization.    Licensed as a Broker and Designated Property Manager, Breese focuses on market issues, legislative concerns and top quality staff professionalism.  Problem solving and marketing strategy is at the top of her list along with high performance and high integrity people development. She has lived in Las Vegas since 1978.

Accounting and Processing

Linda Morrow:  A native of New York Linda made the move to Las Vegas in 2004.  Joining Centurion in 2007 Linda grew to become responsible for all owners statements and property banking.   Her expertise allows for timely and accurate ledgers for owners and tenants.  In addition she manages other staff members to generate prompt receivables and payables information to support the property managers.  Coordinating financial information for more than 600 customers and clients is her primary focus.  She is all about accuracy, speed and accuracy.  Did we mention accuracy? 

Sharon Whittington:  Sharon joined our company in 2008 adding to our accounting department and bringing with her a commitment to great customer service. She spearheads tenant statements and utility and vendor billing and payments.  She assists as a back up to our front desk and always has a smile for everyone who comes through our door. 

Judy McDougald:  A  20+ year career accounting professional, Judy specializes in bank reconciliations, year end preparations and research problems.  She has been responsible for answering the hard questions and resolving accounting concerns since 2005.
