Our Rental Application is available in two
formats. The standard "Printable" format is Adobe .pdf If you do not
have that reader on your computer, use the link below
to obtain a FREE copy.
The other format is Microsoft's Word format.
Please be sure to fill out this application
completely. Missing information will cause a processing delay.
Once
completed, return to Centurion Management Services with the
following:
1. Money order or certified check (we will not
accept cash or personal checks) in the amount of
$75.00 per application.
2. A copy of each applicant's or spouse's driver
license.
3. If an agent assisted you by showing the property,
please attacyh your agent's business card with their MLS public ID
number.
4. If you are beginning a new job, please bring a copy
of your letter of employment.
5. If this is a military transfer,
please bring a copy of
your orders.
6. If your are self-employed we will need a copy
of your most recent tax
return.
7. If you expect a problem or delay in receiving
income verification from your supervisor, please bring a copy of your most recent
paycheck showing year-to-date earnings.
8. If the property allows pets, please bring a picture of the pet when
you bring in the application form.
If you request that the property be held off the market for you, or if
you can not take possession and begin paying rents within 5 days of
the acceptance of your application, a NON-REFUNDABLE "deposit to hold"
of $500 will be collected at the time that the application is
approved. Upon move-in and collection of all rents and security
deposits, the $500 "deposit to hold" will be credited to the security
deposit. under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will any properties be held off
the market without rent being paid for more than 2 weeks.
All initial move-in funds and other deposits must be either MONEY
ORDER or CERTIFIED CHECK (no cash or personal checks.)
If your application is not
approved there is no refund.
if your application is accepted and you decide not to move to the
property, your entire application fee and any deposits will be
forfeited.
